Ohme Pro installation. 27M cable run from the house & involved cutting through a concrete path, lifting block paving & working around the patio seating area. All disruption put back how it was. Even for long gardens, it’s still possible to get an EV charger installed. This was an install that others turned down. Maybe a warning but I was confident it was achievable.

Installation of colour-coded enclosure, housing the consumer unit for the Zappi Glo. Avoided the need to impact on the internal decor in the hallway.

Tripping fault call out. Fuse board has seen better days. Isolated & to be replaced.

Whilst I’m thinking about EV chargers. This is a Zappi Glo. Installed last week. New consumer unit installed inside, providing the appropriate protection for the unit. Gas bonding was absent, so I added that. Installed, certificates & notifications submitted. Nice to fit another Zappi, as a Product Champion

Another Ohme Pro installed. Providing power for a hybrid car. Notification to the DNO, building control, electrical certificate completed & commissioning certificate.

Call out as no power to the garage. Traced to blown fuse in a fused connection unit. Overheated due to electric car being charged using the 10A 3 pin plug & a tumble dryer. Fuse blew before it caught fire, but had already melted the inside of the unit.

EV charger installed. This time a Ohme Pro with tethered 8M cable. New distribution board fitted with surge protection.

Boiler installation. New programmer, room stat & wiring. Combi boiler wired up, ready for the chilly evenings.

On-suite lighting & in-line extraction. 4 chrome bathroom rated downlights. With GU10 warm white bulbs, so only the bulb needs changing in the future. In-line extractor fan provides air flow over 15l/s (min standard for bathrooms).
