Domestic warm roof replacement allowing to remove the existing failed membrane and form new falls with insulation and waterproofing with a high performance 20 year felt system. The perimeter edge detail was flush and part cause of water ingress, so this was removed and a new tiled detail installed to suit the pitch roof.

After a long 14 month back and forth we have finally completed this grade 1 listed building, including the rebuilding of all the flat and valley gutters, it’s been a very challenging project but the finish is first class, using all reclaimed West Moreland and Welsh slate 👊🏼
