Preventative maintenance prevents poor performance. This AC split was dire need of a deep clean and some support to get it back up and running.

ASHP repair. No matter how good a system is - wear and tear will often take its toll if a system is not serviced and maintained properly. Here we have a clogged and damaged flow switch sensor that’s failed and you can see the quality of the water that had been passing it by. All fixed and back up and running now.
