This is just a reminder to everyone that the new legislation for smoke alarms is coming into effect February 2022. This changes means that all Scottish households must have interlinked fire and smoke alarms throughout.

The new 10 year RF Aico alarms allow you to meet the new requirements without having to hard wire all your alarms together, meaning less disruption to your home. However if you already have wired alarms there are now other options if additional alarms are needed.
