Just because it’s new doesn’t mean it’s safe! 🙈

Whilst carrying out the first year service on this boiler, it was found that the case was missing some clips and therefore loosely fitted and as a result direct communication from kitchen to sealed part of the boiler. Boiler turned off and made safe waiting for Taylor wimpey now to rectify.

Always get your boilers checked yearly.
