🏡 Another Successful Property Survey Completed in Ingleby Barwick

Recently, a client instructed us to carry out a comprehensive pre-purchase property survey on a property in Ingleby Barwick.

During our inspection we identified a number of concerns that could have resulted in significant future expenditure. Armed with this information, our client was able to make an informed decision and ultimately chose not to proceed with the purchase.

A short time later, we were instructed to survey a second property in the same area. Following our inspection, we were pleased to confirm that the property was generally in good condition with only minor maintenance items noted. The client has now decided to proceed with the purchase with confidence.
