We are selling personalised Santa Stop Here signs at Fletcher Joinery this year, for just £18! They are made from oak faced MDF with a black core so that the writing stands out better for Santa to see. They are also sealed with yacht varnish so they should last years and years!

Yorkshire Windows

These are a set of 3 horizontal sliding Yorkshire windows made from Accoya. They are double glazed with standard units. The Georgian bars are adhered on the single double glazed unit to keep the bars nice and light in section, and fully compliant with building regulations. We replaced the linings with Tricoya for a fantastically durable job, and we even painted it black whilst we had the scaffold there!

Made to match drawer unit

This is a very traditionally designed flush fitting drawer unit in a chimney breast alcove. It was all made from Poplar wood and Hyrdofugo MDF as it is painted. It was manufactured to match an existing one that is fitted on the other side of the fireplace. We offset the drawers to avoid removing the radiator as space is a premium in this kitchen diner. Lovely clients, and a fantastic house!

Chocolate Brown Gates

These gates are made from Accoya wood, with Tricoya panels machined on our CNC. They are made to match the existing, with the original ironmongery reused as it is a very grand building. We even duplicated the original shape of capping to maintain its authenticity, as horse drawn carriages would have driven through the originals.

As PassivGlas explain it "Vacuum glazing is a next-generation glass technology comprising two pieces of glass with a 0.15mm vacuum between. Delivering triple glazing performance in a panel as slim as single glazing. Ideal for period properties, listed buildings, and anyone seeking efficiency without compromise."

The benefits of vacuum sealed units are:
- U-values as low as 0.49 W/m²K, comparable with triple glazing for exceptional installation

Largest single pane window we've ever done!

This window is made from Accoya wood. It's in a very unique architect designed building in a lovely picturesque countryside location. The ventilation in the room was accommodated on the reverse side. This window is double glazed with ridiculously thick glass and a U value of about 1.1.

Kitchen Alteration

We made some Poplar wood doors, mouldings and cornice to match an existing kitchen that the client has. This is due to the resiteing the fridge and opening up a pantry area. Although it was a large cost for the client, the amount of that was invested in the existing kitchen made it both the most practical and aesthetic option.
