Been a manic couple months at LJB, plenty of boilers installed, even more fixed and back up and running, gas leaks stopped, taps changed, toilets repaired and fires fixed, serviced and removed.

Another day another boiler conversion.

This time converting a 30 year old floor standing boiler to a combi.

Old square flue bricked up properly.

Condensate pump installed so no chance of it freezing in the winter.

Baxi 830 with a 10 year warranty, Hive smart stat and magnetic protection.

Plenty of challenges to overcome with this one but we got there in the end 💪.

10 year warranty with smart stat and a magnetic filter protecting the system.

Brand new baxi 800 (2) installed.Cut all the pipework back and made it a lot neater. Couldn't stand the look of the spag...

Brand new baxi 800 (2) installed.

Cut all the pipework back and made it a lot neater. Couldn't stand the look of the spaghetti junction that was there.

Installed with a Hive and magnetic filter to help protect the system.

10 years parts and labour warranty with 10 years peace of mind.

Always good to come back and service a boiler I fitted.
