Bedroom, En-suite and dressing room project

Removed fireplace, blocked hole and ran new electrics for socket and bed side 2 way dimmer light switch. Had reskimmed.
Lifted old oak flooring and relevelled floor with self levelling compound.

Built stud wall for new en-suite, ran plumbing and electrics.
Fitted shower tray on 100mm raiser kit.
Finished shower walls with 10mm thick marble effect plastic sheets.
tiled en-suite floor with 600mm x 600mm black gloss tiles.
Fitted new towel rail.
Core drilled outer wall for soil pipe and connected to existing soil pipe from main bathroom.
Fitted space saving toilet/sink unit.

Removed existing dressing room, which was accessed by a door onto landing.
Cut a new doorway from bedroom and blocked up original doorway.
Removed old radiator, rerouted pipes for new radiator.
Fitted shelves, drawers and hanging rails.
Refitted doors, new architrave and skirting boards.
Redecorated throughout.
Fitted new LED downlights, sockets and switches.

Boarding out the loft.

Cut new hole in landing ceiling to reposition access for new loft ladder.
Finished off new loft ladder hatch with architrave.
Fitted and wired in LED strip lights.
Fitted stilts between joists 600mm spacing.
Fitted 2400mm x 600mm x 18mm tongue and groove boards cutting where necessary.
Fitted battens between roof braces, cut and fitted shelves.

A tricky kitchen project.

Had to work the removal and refitting of this kitchen around it still being used by a young family with a baby. Left old cooker and fridge in place as long as possible so they still had use before fitting new.

Rerouted electrics and plumbing in stages as old units removed new units fitted.
Fitted new integrated oven, bottle chiller and fridge freezer.
Cut and fitted worktops, hob and sink.
Sealed worktops with colour matching sanitary silicone.
Tiled floor in 600mm x 300mm grey tiles, grouted and cleaned.
All sockets and switches replaced (after photos taken).

Replaced water damaged floor boards.

Shower tray on 100mm raiser kit.
Fitted white plastic ceiling panels, downlights and fan.
Fitted plastic slate effect wall panels on 3 walls.
Fitted rest of furniture and mirror.
Fitted new radiator, bled and topped up central heating system
Sealed joints with colour matching sanitary silicone.

Client opted for vinyl flooring, fitted by other company.

Fitted shower tray on 100mm raiser kit.
Tiled floor with shimmer black 600mm x 600mm tiles.
Tiled walls with 600mm x 600mm grey marble tiles on most walls and blue marble tiles on feature wall.
Fitted white plastic ceiling, extractor fan and light fitting.
Fitted anthracite shelf and rest of furniture.
Sealed all joints with matching coloured sanitary silicone.

Filled redundant dressing room doorway with studwork and plasterboard.
Built studwork frame to house shelves and shower valve/plumbing.
Covered studwork with insulated tile backer boards and sealed.
Fitted studwork to lower ceiling and plaster boarded.
Rerouted electrics for new downlights and ceiling fan and mirror.

Layed 800mm x 800mm floor tiles, grouted and cleaned.
Rerouted electrics for sockets and appliances.
Rerouted plumbing for sink and fridge.

Final fix for sockets, lights and plumbing.
