The APM team loved the passion shown by Kerry not just for excellent quality leather but also for the sustainability of our built environment and support for British Farmers.

APM Design are looking for an exceptional Junior Interior Designer to join our team!

This is a rare opportunity to join a well established commercial Interior Design practice based out of our Darwen Design Studio working on high end leisure and hospitality projects all over the UK.

Candidates should have a 1st class degree in an Interior Design related degree course and have excellent AutoCAD skills.

The position is for a full-time role although final year students will be considered on an initial part time basis.

On this day 2 years ago, we completed the full design and project management for —a project we remain extremely proud of which was completed on time and within budget.

Since then, we’ve gone on to refurbish every guest bedroom in the Hotel, breathing new life into each space.

From concept to completion, it’s projects like this that remind us why we do what we do: transforming spaces that guests love and businesses thrive in. Here’s to the continued success of Craig Manor and the team that made it happen.

PLANNING APPROVED!

Thrilled to share that planning approval has been granted for extension project - three beautiful new ensuite bedrooms coming soon!

We loved guiding this project through the planning process, and we’re staying hands on in discharging conditions, supporting our Clients vision every step of the way.

Big thanks to the amazing team at the Plough Inn for trusting us with this one. We can’t wait to see it completed! 🏗️

Works are reaching the final stages for one of our latest residential projects.

APM Design obtained planning permission to convert and extend a disused timber stable block to create an off grid eco house. The house will use many innovative sustainable construction technologies including; MVHR, solar PV, rainwater harvesting, starlink satellite WIFI, solar assisted heat pumps and has looked to reuse existing materials wherever possible.

APM Design have been involved throughout the project from; concept design, planning permission, contractor procurement, project management, quantity surveying and interior design.

We can’t wait to share more images of this property once it is completed.

Teamwork in action! Our APM team spent the day handcrafting timber stools from scratch, learning firsthand about sustainable materials and the care that goes into quality furniture production. A great reminder of the value of thoughtful design and eco-friendly choices.
