Chipping Norton is becoming more and more of a desired area within the Cotswolds, and such the design has to reflect this.

What used to be a drab ex-council house, with small rooms, aging render and dated features, has been transformed by the inclusion of a wraparound extension to the side and rear. Traditional vernacular construction to the side to enhance the street scene, and modern and contemporary to the rear, allowing the contrasting elements to blend seamlessly together. Additional render and new windows throughout really has brought forward this property to the 21st century, whilst retaining the classic Cotswolds features so thoroughly desired.
