The Berry Group incorporates a group of companies that can offer a turnkey service within the property development, investment and construction sectors. The group has been gradually formed by Sam & Sarah over the last number of years. This was renovated and sold for £75,500. Our latest acquisition is a piece of land in the centre of Derby for £500,000. This will be developed into a 3 storey student block consisting of 46 student studio’s with a GDV of circa £3.5m+.
