Again, constant loading on a 15A fuse feeding a 15A appliance (storage heater) over many years. As soon as there’s a tiniest little loose or dirty connection, it introduces resistance which in turn introduces heat. As a result of the heat, the resistance increases further, which further increases the heat! Etc etc etc. This is why you should always use an experienced and qualified electrician, who regularly sees the consequences of of when people think they know what they’re doing but they’ve learnt it from a book
