I would just like to set the record straight on a few key points about my business and my services;
I have many many wonderful customers, and I also have some customers who seem to think they either own me or have tge right to treat me like im some sort of bob a job lad or errand boy.
If I quote a price to do a job. The price is the price. If you somehow think it should have taken me longer, but I got it done slightly quicker (maybe everything just went my way...no obstacles etc) then you are not automatically entitled to a discount or to constantly ask me to do extra jobs "while im there".
Of course, I am happy to quote for extra jobs but you dont then get to look at me like im something youve scraped off your shoe if I dont do them there and then....or for FREE!
You also dont have the right to tell me I can't have lunch and also dictate what hours i work.
Im sincerely sorry for the rant but I get this on a daily basis and its taking its toll.
