A nice project from a few weeks ago, the customer got intouch wanting a media wall, the brief was to revamp the old style fire place and give it a more modern twist with some additional storage. The cupboards consisted of true shaker doors hung on blum soft close hinges, some chuncky floating shelves with rebated led lightning. A cupboard for the PlayStation all ready for when the tv is hung on the wall.. New electrical sockets were added so no cables will be on show..

Well it's been a busy week trying to get this kitchen finished in time in felixstowe, but sometimes the graft is worth it for many reasons, late night's and early starts but the end result certainly put a smile on this customers face and thats what it all comes down to at the end of the day.

Big thanks to Howdens harwich for doing the design and the delivery on this white gloss handles kitchen, fully intergrated appliances with squre edge sparkle worktop and breakfast bar, and gloss white backboards..

Doors doors and more doors..

Classic Howdens holdenby oak venner doors for this repeat customer. With stylish black jigtech furniture for that minimal look.

Also some lovely cottage oak venner doors with black furniture to the downstairs this time for this repeat customer.

A nice job to finish the week off with this lovely porcelain tiled floor, doing something different to.the norm is always nice, so when the customers asked about this I was more then happy to help..
The old floor was looking a bit tired and was tiled around the end panels which isn't the best practice, all the end panels were taking off and up came the 1st tile which exposed another tiled floor underneath, so this came up as well, The floor was about 15mm out of level, so self leveling compound was applied to bring the floor back to a level and flat finish. Then these stunning tiles were laid with all end panels and plynths recut and re-fitted and a matching
silicone applied. Lovely transformation 👀

Really enjoy these projects. This customer got intouch enquiring about how he wanted his office to have a little revamp. After discussing his needs this is what I came up with.
A set of custom made handles drawers consisting of metal inners on soft close runners, a solid kiln dried scaffold board desktop jointed with biscuits and solid oak butterfly joints, and 2 scaffold board shelves sat on nice vintage looking brackets, all finished in osmo clear satin oil, lovely..

Out with the old in with the new on this garage door with window,

New hardwood wood frame and cill with cottage door, 5 lever yale lock and hand made window frame with 4 mm glass, all finished in dulux weathershied satin white.

Nice little kitchen refurb on this project, new worktops, extractor, tiling and various other elements to bring this kitchen to a finish..

Fitted custom wardrobes next on the list for this family 😀

A nice little stair renovation to this property for a lovely family.
The old newel posts, handrail and spindles were looking a bit tired, all the newel posts were cladded with new softwood timber, making them nice and chunky, new hand rail and base rails were fitted with 32mm straight spindles, bringing it all back looking pretty and ready for the customers to paint.

Some custom built wardrobes to the customers design, built with 18mm medite mdf, given lots of hanging space with shelving for shoes,boxes ect.Howdens dove grey shaker sliding wardrobe doors and mirror to finish. Already for decoration.

Evening all

Haven't put any work up lately so heres a few jobs ive not posted yet. . 😊

To start..

Some loft boarding including new loft hatch and loft ladder.🪜

This property's bedroom needed new t@g chipboard flooring and levelling out so furring pieces were added to the joists and 4x2 timbers for noggings added for strength..

6 new Howdens holdenby pre finished oak doors with chrome handles and hinges were added to this property..🚪

Would just like to thank all my customers for your continued support over the year, worked on some amazing projects, got plenty of new projects for 2026 booked in already so hoping for a productive new year.

A few projects finished off before Christmas including this lovely Howdens halesworth kitchen in reed green, with new white brickbond subway tile and lvt flooring..
