An absolute pleasure fitting these solid oak stairs along with handrails and metal black spindles, all fitted to the spec.

*** FENCING ***

Some fencing done earlier this week,

Removed existing brick wall, then proceeded to dig out 4 holes for the posts which have been post creted in. Followed up by railing with 4x2 timbers and 4x1 uprights, All rubbish removed.

All treated timbers supplied by jewsons.

All treated timbers used to frame out and posts fixed in with post crete! All done to regulations.

Also big thanks to Robert Chard for coming bank holiday monday to help dig out the holes for the posts it was very tough digging in warm weather!

** LAMINATE FLOORING **

Laminate was supplied by the customer then laid by me, the customer is just waiting on the beading to arrive to add the finishing touch.

Our incredible joiner is back at WAH! 🪚 All credit goes to Dave for our epic raised playloft in Park Rangers and beautifully handcrafted veranda for the Beachcomber Babies. 🤎🌳
This project is even bigger and even better 🙌🏼 and he is determined that with the help of joiner friend Luke, it will be completed in just four days...! 😵 So keep your eyes peeled for the big reveal... 🤭 any ideas?! 🔨

*** LAMINATE FLOORING ***

New under lay put down and joints taped,

Laminate flooring laid starting in the dining room then flowing into the hallway and kitchen.

Expansion gaps left round the edges then finished off with new torus skirting.

*** GARAGE ROOF ***

6x2 timbers cut to length with a birds mouth at the top and then another cut to sit on the pan at the bottom,

All centres marked out onto the pan including 1 velux window and 2 dormers all trimmed out and built up,

Nailed and screwed into position using the correct fixings,

All passed by building control and done to the customers full satisfaction,
