Due to a growing workload and new projects starting, Gary Fletcher Surfacing is looking for experienced Rake Hands and Roller Drivers to join our team.
We’re looking for hardworking, reliable individuals who take pride in producing high-quality surfacing work and want to be part of a professional crew working across a range of projects.

Positions Available:
🔹 Skilled Rake Hands
🔹 Experienced Roller Drivers
Requirements:
✔ Valid Driving Licence
✔ CSCS Card
✔ Good attitude and ability to work as part of a team

Last night we proudly attended Morgan Sindall Construction National Supply Chain Awards after winning the Regional Perfect Delivery Award earlier this year.

We may not have taken home the national title this time, but we couldn’t be prouder of our team. Every single person in the business has played a part in getting us this far — and that in itself is an incredible achievement and a credit of all your hard work👏

Our director, Craig Fletcher, is currently taking on the 300 Mile Challenge this July in support of Cancer Research UK – a charity that means a great deal to everyone at Gary Fletcher Surfacing.
Craig is now halfway through his challenge and just about on track to hit his goal. It’s a huge personal effort for an incredibly important cause.
We’ll be sharing regular updates on his progress, and any donations – big or small – would be greatly appreciated.
