This time, we replaced a faulty cold water inlet valve in Worcester!

This repeat customer had reported that their toilet wasn’t working properly, and we diagnosed it as a faulty inlet valve. We opted to change the existing ball valve for a Thomas Dudley Hydroflo side inlet valve. As you can see, the space was quite limited so this valve fitted like a glove!

During a routine service, a faulty receiver and thermostat were found on this Ideal Vogue combi boiler.

Goes to show you never know what you’ll come across in a career like this!

A new thermostat and receiver were able to be sourced, ordered and fitted, all in good timing for the customer.

What a day it’s been at !

Had some very fortunate opportunities to meet and greet a few of the power houses leading the way on social media within the plumbing, heating & gas sector, as well as picking up a lot of freebies along the way and entering lots of competitions!

This job was a nice straight swap! The existing one had split on the welding and was leaking, causing a drop in system pressure and ultimately a boiler fault code. Now all fixed and the system is working as it should again! 👍🛠️

✅ Another satisfied client ✅

This customer has had previous work completed by us and had now requested that we replace this shower screen for them, as the existing one was looking a bit worse for wear!

We replaced the old one with a decent quality Merlyn branded glass quadrant supplied from our local merchant. Safe to say the customer was happy with the work carried out and we look forward to assisting them again in the future.

✅ Another boiler up and running ✅

This new customer was experiencing an E03 error code with their Alpha boiler, resulting in no hot water or heating. We managed to get them back up and running after diagnosing the faulty component as a flue temperature thermostat. Fault diagnosed, part ordered and issue resolved within 24 hours.
