I've not posted much recently, but wanted to share that this Man O' Sword whisky is up there with the very best I've had. You can smell and see the oloroso sherry influence and the taste is deep, smooth, smoky and rich. Hats off to the team at Get yourself a bottle if you fancy/while you can.

Happy Advent! Slightly slimmer pickings this year, perhaps due to the warm summer or possibly me being less willing to get prickled by holly. But still, nice to do a wreath and thanks to for setting up a wreath making workshop. It has hawthorn, crab apple, pine and holly.
