Ulster Building of the Year 2026- Monaghan Peace Campus ✨

Looking back at the successful completion of the full mechanical installation at Monaghan Peace Campus, a landmark development that has now been recognised as Ulster's Building of the Year 2026 at the recent RSUA Architecture Awards.

From concept to completion, it was a privilege to contribute to a facility that serves as a vibrant hub for community, culture, education, and wellbeing. Congratulations to everyone involved in delivering this outstanding project! 🙌

A few of the lads swapped boots for golf shoes on Friday past and took part in the Derrytresk Golf Classic to help raise funds for the club. ⛳

Safe to say there were no Rory McIlroys amongst us, but plenty of laughs, a few decent shots, and a great day all round in support of a local club.

It was great to attend yesterday's IHEEM Conference 2026 at St George’s Market, centred around the theme ‘Data & Intelligence: Driving Smarter, Safer Healthcare’.

The team had a fantastic day listening to insightful keynote speakers, exploring the exhibition stands, and engaging in valuable conversations around innovation and the future of healthcare. A brilliant event with plenty of ideas and inspiration to take away.

✨ Project Completion- Slough Community Diagnostic Centre ✨

HTC Mechanical is proud to have successfully delivered the mechanical package for the new Slough Diagnostic Centre- a project that truly showcases the strength of collaboration between our in-house design, BIM, prefabrication and delivery teams.

Through detailed BIM co-ordination, clash detection, plantroom sequencing, and continuous collaboration with other trades, the project was taken from concept and co-ordinated model through to a fully realised installation on site.

The mechanical works included Aermec ASHPs, Parker Chillers, Dalair AHUs, MRI quench pipe ventilation systems, and the complete plantroom infrastructure serving the facility’s critical healthcare spaces.

This new centre now provides the local community with access to advanced diagnostic facilities and modern healthcare services closer to home, and we’re proud to have contributed to a project that will make a real difference to patients across the area.

Designed to represent the next generation of student living, the development combines high-quality communal spaces, modern amenities, and sustainable building services to create an exceptional living environment for residents in the heart of one of London’s most exciting destinations.

Our team delivered a full mechanical installation package to the highest standard, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and long-term performance throughout the build. From first fix through to final commissioning, attention to detail and collaboration across the project were key to delivering a scheme we’re extremely proud of! 🫶
