Some stump removal then scrape up the road and tidy up to this piece of land ready for the next step in this project

Part 2 commenced this week on Bute turning this run down area in something useable for the residents

This works consisted of removing all the tar and break up the big concrete slabs and remove all this material off site ready for the next stage

The start of a 2 part contract for us on the Isle Of Bute for ACHA where we have been contracted to full redo all around a block of flats which have been recently refurbished and we have been tasked to finish all around the building, thank you to cowal building supplies for supplying us with the materials we need for this project ☺️

This had to be 1 of the most awkward jobs we have had to do so far, with this been a specialist type of move i got Cameron from McNaughtons involved with their lorries and experience to help move the pod to its new location, everything was awkward from size/width of the pod to the narrow street where Ruairdh had to reverse all the way out of (which was nearly 1 mile) which he done expertly, the guys have done a good job getting it prepared for delivery while me and Peter were getting the pod out to uplift point, everything worked out perfectly because of the pre planning that went in to this move and to Kieran and Ruairdh’s experience in loading something of this size, thanks to everyone involved with getting this moved so successfully 😊
