Old Baxi boiler removed today and replaced with a new Baxi Main eco! 🔥

Fitted with a wireless stat and mini filter to keep the boiler running more efficiently for longer!

Just need the boxing in completed underneath to bring it all together🔨

What a transformation for this family bathroom!😍

From an old victorian vibe bathroom with decorative tiles and old fixtures to an up to date modern look😎

The customer initially got in contact as the bath seemed to be sinking at one side which we then found out the whole floor was covered in rot and wood worm, we then treated this correctly and replaced the entire floor with new chip board flooring before installing this stunning new suite!🔥

Some upgrades on a house in Dunoon getting it ready to be rented out as the owners stay in London!

⭐️ Old storage heaters and hot water cylinder were ripped out and replaced with a new gas combi boiler and radiators in every room!🔥🚰

⭐️Upstairs bathroom was ripped out and replaced with a new shower tray toilet and basin with a nice PVC white tile effect wetwall and LVT! 🛁

⭐️downstairs toilet room was also removed and replaced with the same LVT white tile effect wetwall and toilet and basin🚽

What a difference this made to the place creating a brighter and clean space 😎

Everything back in the same location except the towel rail but what a difference this has made!

What a transformation for this family bathroom!😍

We started by stripping the old bathroom out and insulating the walls as the original bathroom had nothing!

The new bathroom was then fitted with,

⭐️ blue and white tiled fibo wetwall

⭐️ herringbone LVT flooring

⭐️ upgraded spot lights and LED mirror

⭐️ 1800mm anthracite towel warmer

⭐️ chrome fixtures

⭐️ a standout smoke blue freestanding basin with round wash bowl

Everything finished just in time for christmas! 🎄
