RUBBER ROOF (RESITRIX) 🔥
Job recently completed down at tanfield manor. The old conservatory was destroyed in the storms previous.
As the surrounding roofs had been done by ourselves in Resitrix the customer agreed it would be great to keep them all the same.
And if we do say so ourselves it looks very well!

Rubber roof completed recently at south moor. Old felt roof was totally shot. Fully stripped, new boards fitted, glued then covered with a Resitrix rubber system. Finished off with black trims.

Resitrix rubber roof.

Storm damaged roof recently completed. We stripped off the old felt, reboarded with 18mm ply, glued and applied a Resitrix rubber roof with Kerb trims and drip trims. We removed the old box gutter detail to allow the water to run straight off in to new guttering.

Here’s a job recently completed at dipton. This old roof was gleaming after a pressure wash. The results speak for them self. 2 velux windows installed to allow light in to the newly opened up loft space and a dry ridge system with some new modern ridge.
