New Tapco slate roof installed for a customer in Sherburn Village. With the difficulty these days of finding good quality second hand slate and the cost of buying new slate, Tapco slates are a great option that look just as good as slates.
Work included :
• Removal of existing ridges, slates, laths, felt, guttering and fascia’s and Velux window
• Installing new treated timber fascia board, white UPVC capping board, white square guttering and downpipes
• Installing new felt support trays, membrane, 2”x1” treated laths, Velux window, lead flashing, Tapco slates, Tapco dry verge system and concrete ridges using Manthorpe dry ridge system
• All rubbish taken away and job site cleaned
