Here is a before and after from today’s job! 🐶

The customer wanted their under stair cupboard boxed in to create a safe den space for their dog.

One of the biggest concerns i hear from homeowners in new build properties is:
"Won’t loft boarding affect my 10-year warranty?"

It’s completely understandable to worry about this. Most new builds come with a 10-year structural warranty, and the last thing you want to do is risk invalidating it.

The good news is - yes, you can have loft boarding installed safely and correctly without compromising your warranty.

This prevents the insulation from being compressed - something that can reduce its effectiveness and potentially cause issues. By lifting the boarding above the recommended insulation depth, the loft remains compliant, well-ventilated, and energy-efficient.
