Loft conversion completed for our client — 📍 Slinfold

⬛ The conversion created a new master bedroom with a generous en-suite, along with a separate room for loft storage.

⬛ Fitted wardrobes were built into the alcoves to make the most of the available space.

⬛ A new oak staircase supplied by Stairbox was installed, finished with solid oak treads and open risers. With the handrail to be fitted at a later stage.

⬛ Externally, the dormer was finished in HardiePlank cladding for a clean & low-maintenance finish.

A great way to add both space and value to the property.

Single storey extension completed — 📍 East Grinstead

⬛ The plan was to create a larger living space to the rear of this property, forming a bright open lounge that connects through to the garden.

⬛ The build also included a new downstairs WC and an understairs cupboard to make better use of the available space.

⬛ New internal doors were fitted throughout to keep the finish consistent across the extension and the existing house.

⬛ A long bespoke media unit with oak shelving was installed along the lounge wall, providing plenty of storage while keeping the room clean and uncluttered.

A great project to be involved in from start to finish.

Bathroom renovation — 📍 East Grinstead

⬛ The aim on this project was to freshen the space up and make it feel lighter and more modern.

⬛ Marble effect tiles were used on the wall to keep it bright, with a herringbone tiled floor to add a bit of detail underfoot.

⬛A darker colour radiator and vanity unit were used to give a bit of contrast against the lighter colours.

⬛ Walk-in shower installed with recessed niche and black trim to tie in with the fittings.

A simple update that makes a big difference.

Bespoke Joinery project📍 Edenbridge

⬛ Over the years we’ve had the pleasure of completing several projects within this home. With each project building on the last to create a space that truly feels like a home

⬛ Initially we were tasked with fitting a new staircase, which included some structural alterations to allow for sufficient headroom. In doing so, we were able to fit a tall window to help flood the space with some much needed natural light.

⬛ We later returned to design & install the bespoke bookcase, incorporating a hidden door that leads through to the lounge. No visible handle, just a book to open.

Second story extension completed for our client — 📍 East Grinstead

⬛ This project was designed to create a generous new master bedroom with an en-suite, adding both space and longterm value to the home.

⬛ Structurally, the extension ties seamlessly into the existing property, maintaining the character of the house whilst delivering a clean finish inside.

⬛ The master bedroom was designed to feel calm and uncluttered, with fitted wardrobes and recessed LED ceiling lighting to create a soft, continuous glow throughout the space.

⬛ The en-suite features marble effect tiles, matte black fittings and a frameless glass shower enclosure — balancing practicality with a refined, modern look.

⬛ Careful detailing throughout ensures the new addition feels like it has always been part of the home, rather than an afterthought.

Rear extension completed for our client — 📍Horsham

⬛ Our customer wanted to create an open space that could act as a natural transition between the existing house and the garden.

⬛ The walls and ceiling were colour drenched, with the woodwork painted a slightly darker shade to add a little contrast and definition.

⬛ Hardieplank cladding has been used to finish the exterior to create a clean, contemporary finish that sits comfortably alongside the existing property.

⬛ A large skylight was introduced to flood the space with natural light, enhancing the sense of openness and connection to the outdoors.

⬛ Sliding bifold doors with integrated blinds were installed to provide flexible access to the garden while maintaining privacy and light control when needed.

All in all a well-balanced addition designed to feel intentional, practical, and seamlessly integrated with the home.

⬛ Our customer wanted to increase the size of their property, bring in more natural light, and make the most of the garden views. Whilst ensuring the new space complemented the existing kitchen.

⬛ The extension includes a new utility room and downstairs WC, with a vaulted ceiling and Velux windows adding height and light throughout.

Kitchen and internal renovation — 📍Edenbridge

⬛ Our customer wanted to modernise the space, introduce more natural light, and create a warmer, more welcoming environment for family life.

⬛ A Chilcomb style kitchen from finished in a made-to-order ‘Blue Mist’ paint. Featuring a walk-in larder unit, new engineered oak flooring, and a bespoke staircase.

⬛ To maximise natural light, we added a triple sliding exterior door and a tall feature window ( supplied and fitted by ) along with a bespoke oriel window that provides both a striking focal point and a comfortable seat overlooking the garden.

A full transformation designed to complement the original character of the property while bringing it up to a modern standard.

A full renovation including new triple sliding doors, oriel window, tall feature window, full kitchen refit, new flooring and a bespoke staircase.

The space now benefits from significantly more natural light throughout, modernising and opening up the home while keeping its character intact.

Single-storey extension in 📍 East Grinstead.

▪️ The customer wanted to create a larger downstairs space and incorporate an open plan kitchen/diner
▪️ We added a small box extension to the back of the house with a flat roof lantern to create as much light as possible in a previously dark area
▪️The lantern was fitted with LED lights to create a modern feature
