We got to this one just in time… the sandstone mullion/lintel around this window was horrifically eroded and ready to fall.
All stripped and stone replaced where required 💪

A lovely job carried out by the team on one of our jobs in Cockenzie 👌 chimney - full strip and re-build with new sandstone quoins/copes. All dressed to match original detail. ✅

Ground floor window - rybat replacements where required.. all dressed to match original detail. ✅

Front entrance - full re-point align with various indents/stone replacements on door surround. ✅.

Another chimney in East Lothian resorted ✅💪

Scaffolding now down on a project we completed on the run up to Christmas 😍 this is the second property we have done on the street and fair to say the team has done an amazing job 💪

-full cornice replacement.
-bay window mullion/jamb/lintel replacements.
-various stone repairs to mullions/jambs/lintels.
-Full re-point in lime mortar.

Overall it was a great job being able to bring this sea facing property back to life 👌
