Here is a fully complaint Fire door we recently replaced, the door has an equal spacing all around which is between 3-4mm for fire doors it has 10mm intumescent fire and smoke seals and fire rated hinges and door furniture what a differance this is from the old door 🤩

This was a Job recently completed the old porch roof had slumped and due to this the timber roof structure overtime had soaked up the water and rotted away we came and completely removed all of it and started fresh constructing the new timber roof with the adequate fall to get the rain water off this was then weathered in by the roofer who did an exceptional job as always

Another wardrobe ticked off the list this fully bespoke made wardrobe was a great addition to this room being in an awkward spot with low skeilings an oak joist and a step i the middle creating some awkward scribes me and the customer went through the possible options they could have in the way of hanging space and shelving and decided on the plan making it completely to there specification they doors of the wardrobe were routed with a V groove cutter to match the existing doors in the house if you would like something like this give me a message ✅

max hayman carpentry + 7 sheets of MDF = your very own bespoke wardrobes made to your required needs this customer contacted me originally to fit pre-made wardrobe inserts i suggested multiple options and listed there pros and cons in the end they decided to go with the full bespoke option which is great for versatility as you can have anything you could possibly ask for 😅 we decided to go for two sections normal hanging and one section long hanging the customer wanted planting if shelving space and also some drawers that were made to the required sizes on site which was three deep drawers and one shallow drawer for jewellery these wardrobes were finished off with the howdensjoinery white framed mirror shaker sliding wardrobe doors if you would like something similar get in contact

Here are some alcove units and bookcases we recently completed which were a great addition to fill in the dead space either side of the chimney breast made out of 18mm MDF with a 36mm top we added a decorative moulding to the end and also up the edges of the bookcases at add character which worked perfectly these units are now ready for the painters

Here is a pergola recently completed by the team the customer wanted a dry area to enjoy there patio all year round, the corrugated sheeting allows protection from the elements while also allowing natural light to shine through.This pergola had oak posts which were supplied by Copford sawmill these oak posts will have a long lifespan being that they are hardwood ,we cut a rounding onto the end of each joist giving the pergola character and a tidy finish. We installed guttering along the front to collect the rainwater the customer is going to purchase a water butt to collect as much as they can and an overflow drain was added for when the waterbut gets filled up.If you would like something similar please get in contact
