As part of our quotation process, we can create a 3D visual representation of your project, allowing you to see exactly what is being proposed before any work begins.
Using photographs, measurements and site information, we can produce detailed designs showing patios, brickwork, garden walls, sleepers, planting areas, artificial grass, drainage solutions and complete garden transformations. We can also create visual demonstrations for repair works, such as repointing, brick replacement and restoration projects.
This allows you to clearly understand the scope of works, layout, materials and overall appearance of the finished project before making a decision.
For most standard quotations, a basic 3D design and visual presentation can be included as part of the quotation process. Where more detailed design work is required, including extensive revisions, level surveys, drainage design, construction details or multiple design options, a separate design and survey fee may apply.
Once a design and quotation have been agreed in principle, we can move forward with scheduling the works, confirming materials and issuing our payment schedule and contract documentation.
