Arrived at this boiler for a routine service and complaints of the hot water cutting out.Upon closer inspection we found...

Arrived at this boiler for a routine service and complaints of the hot water cutting out.
Upon closer inspection we found that the flue had corroded and came apart inside.
This could have caused the customer to have more problems than just a cold shower.
Boiler was replaced for a more efficient Valiant Combi with a 10 year warranty.
⚠️ This highlights the importance of keeping your boiler serviced every 12 months ⚠️
