With over 40 years experience in Scotland’s exhibition and signage industry, we provide versatile, reliable and cost-effective CNC routing services for your project. We take these ideas, visualise them and bring them to reality. tion to service the needs of our industry as well as that of manufacturing, construction, joinery and interior design. We run two, 3-axis CNC routers, accommodating up to full 3050 x 1525mm sheet materials. Using these two CNC machines means we can handle a wide variety of cutting and design projects, drawing from a large selection of stock materials, to deliver your CNC cutting requirements. We can work from your CAD files, undertake the full design, profiling, cutting, manufacture, assembly and installation process – or anything in between. Our range of CNC cutting services include: plywood cutting, MDF cutting, acrylic cutting, plastics cutting, aluminum cutting, aluminium composite panel cutting and solid surface cutting. You can of course supply your own materials or alternatively our experienced buyers can source them for you.

If you think CNC routing is reserved for heavy-duty scopes, check this out: cutting shapes out of polystyrene! Typically light and brittle, the material is much more manageable with the laser-sharp application of CNC - and the reward is a low-cost, easy to handle base for more elaborate signage, or a ready-made prop in itself!

Our CNC machines are as good for cutting into solid materials as they are for more tricky ones - take "writing" in perspex for example. This technique will give a mesmerising effect of a carving in glass or ice, resulting in an elegant look and illumination from light passing through.

Sometimes, it's not about precision, but about simply getting the job done. When conventional cutting approaches fail, CNC routing will do the trick - and at scale.
