This can be on an employed or self-employed basis. Standard working time would be 39 hours/week Monday to Friday.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all our previous/upcoming clients and followers, we hope everyone has a good break.

Recent attic conversion and extension project recently completed ✅

Small single storey side extension to extend size of kitchen/ secondary living area, new attic space with bedroom and small seperate bathroom was squeezed into what was originally only going to be a cupboard, we also added plenty storage space to either side of the eaves.

Double storey extension and full renovation of existing property recently completed ✅

Build consisted of a new large lower level kitchen come living area, new master bedroom with en-suite and separate bathroom were also added on upper level.

We also created an en-suite for a lower level bedroom and formed another small shower room. Stand alone utility room was also added to the ground floor of the property.

A full rewire and new plumbing and heating system were also included in the works.

Hardwood flooring throughout the lower level of the property with underfloor heating installed in kitchen/living area. New oak doors were supplied and fitted.

remote controlled windows were used in upper and lower level areas and speaker system was fitted into the lower level ceiling.

All decoration was also managed by ourselves.
