It's really nice to have such a wide variety of different jobs to do.
One day I can be painting a fence and the next fitting a radiator.
It keeps my mind fresh and my days enjoyable 😊
I was asked what my favourite job was recently and I don't think they expected me to say walling. Lol 😅
But I think walling, painting and laying new pipework is extremely satisfying 😊✨️💪

It has come to my realisation that I spend a lot of time hugging toilets... lol 😅 🤣

It's not always a glamorous job, and definitely requires being a good contortionist.. 😝😂

Stunning restored Haddon rocking horse looking for a loving home for Christmas 🥰
A real labour of love with handmade leather saddle and bridle, I even made the brass bit for him.
I've talked to him and patted him throughout, lol.
Painted realistically in traditional dappled grey to look like a real horse with unique blue eyes.
Real wavy flowing horse hair mane and tail.
With extra embellishments and rosettes on his bridle. A real headturner.
Ideally suited to a collectable show home but he can be ridden by a conscientious jockey.
Child or adult 😉
He has the Wallingford Haddon plate which is more sought after.
Haddon are proudly made in Oxford and are the only British rocking horse makers still in production.
They used the original FH Aryes super carved moulds which are believed to be the elite horses. This model has the turned head giving him plenty of regal character.
He is currently stabled in West yorkshire. He has exceptional manners and huge presence and will definitely bring much magic to his new owner.

Gone is the black mouldy grout.. gone is the wobbly scratched tap.. Gone is the wonky curtain rails.. Gone is the fallen down wall in the garden..

You can proudly invite them over knowing that the house looks it's best 😇

From painting to tiling, toilet fixing to re-pointing...

Nice new kitchen cupboard base shelf fitted.😊

My customers were really happy with this and I had plenty of lovely compliments which totally made my day 🥰

The original bottom shelf had been warped and collapsed after a leak to one of the pipes.
As you can see it also had the gas meter resting on it 🫣

But I managed to slide it out and prop up the meter without too much harm.

This is where you find all the previous trades peoples secrets.. the mess they leave in the corners they think will never be seen again!..lol 😅
Well not this tradeswoman.. I like to ensure its tidy and mess free 😀✨️

After removing the old rusted screws and forming some new sturdy framework for the new shelf to rest on and also the gas meter..

It was in with a new piece of wood, varnished and sealed, and after it dries it will also have some vinyl on top for extra durability 😊

They couldn't wait to stash away all.the cleaning products that were covering the worktops, bless 😅
