🤠🤠Another garden rescued after a true cowboy installation.

The customer contacted us after being left with a patio that started failing after just 6 months. The grout had broken down, the flags had been laid straight over an uneven existing patio, and the whole patio had been installed with a fall towards the house. To make matters worse, no ACO drains had been fitted, leaving the customer unable to use their back door whenever it rained because of the constant flooding.

Despite repeated promises from the original installer to return and put things right, they never showed up.

So, we stripped everything back and rebuilt it properly from the ground up.

✅ Patio completely lifted
✅ Correct MOT Type 1 base installed
✅ ACO drainage system fitted
✅ All flags primed and laid on a full-contact mortar bed for a lifetime-lasting installation
✅ Patio sealed and finished with Titan X grout
✅ Decking removed and rebuilt correctly after the original was holding water in the middle
✅ Polycarbonate roof installed with the correct fall, creating the perfect sheltered outdoor space
✅ Venetian feature wall installed
✅ Water feature fitted
✅ Outdoor lighting system installed to complete the transformation

This is exactly why doing the job right the first time matters. It may cost less upfront to hire a cowboy, but it almost always costs more when it has to be done twice.
