Proud to say, I have been in my present position for one year now, and already looks like we are close to doubling our annual turnover. The ICB team is forever growing, and our forecast for next year will allow us to double in size. Would like to thank all our clients, our excellent workforce including our hardworking office staff. We are developing year on year, to become an integral regeneration service provider for the public sector, therefore, roll on 2022 and in the meantime, I would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a productive Happy New Year.

ICB WIN ANOTHER TENDER!

Procurement Announcement
The ICB Bid Department, are delighted to announce the successful procurement of a substantial kitchen and bathroom framework. This is part of £95 million capital investment from Central and Cecil Housing Trust, who provide housing and care in outstanding locations around London.
