Busy entrance ways mean high-use gates take a hammering. Keeping them running smoothly requires regular, meticulous attention, not just a quick fix when something breaks.

John Waddington, over at Lee Valley Springfield Marina, left us some great feedback about how we've been managing their automated and manual gates over the past year.

Always great to team up with the guys at Modular London. They brought us in to handle the metalwork and security while they transformed the front landscaping for a client.
The goal was a secure, smart entrance, so we delivered new railing panels, a pedestrian gate, and a vehicle gate.
We kept the tech sleek and practical:

🚶The pedestrian gate we integrated an electric strike latch with the existing intercom and fitted a gate closer for a clean, hidden look.
🚘The vehicle gate uses a heavy duty double sided coded lock to keep things locked down.

This job certainly kept us sharp. We had to satisfy some strict guidelines from the local planning department, and the decorative infills were all handmade by the blacksmith shop. It was a challenge, but quality workmanship always pays off.

Time for a throwback, this property listing that features our work on Riverside Manor, a jaw-dropping riverside mansion in Bourne End, is currently featured on OnTheMarket.

For a property of this grand scale, off-the-shelf simply wouldn't do. We were brought in to design, manufacture, and install the bespoke balustrades and railings that feature throughout this impressive home.

Our brief was to complement the magnificent architectural lines of the property. We focused on combining precision engineering with high-end aesthetics. Every element was crafted to match the palatial scale of the estate, proving that true luxury relies on flawless attention to detail.

We recently helped Peter on Prince Albert Road (right by London Zoo) upgrade his property entrance. His old gates had been struggling with ground movement over the years and were just too narrow for a comfortable entry.
The PSL Solution:
