A fantastic day at Twickenham for the England vs. Italy Six Nations Rugby game, with England securing a 47-24 win!

It was great sharing this experience with our clients from London Square, Countryside Partnerships, and St George PLC. Rugby has a way of bringing people together; this was the perfect setting for them to connect outside the usual work environment.

Stanmore partnered with Wates Group to help deliver 34 new council homes for social rent and 18 intermediate homes (London Living Rent). A vital step in strengthening the local housing landscape. Designed specifically for elderly residents, including those living with dementia, the development offers self-contained community-supportive homes for individuals aged 60+.

With Grant Van D**e leading the project for Wates and Mark Odell, Ovidiu Bota, and Virgil Ciotor overseeing Stanmore’s contribution, this phase showcases the impact of collaboration in delivering purpose-built homes that prioritise comfort, accessibility, and care.
