First boiler services in years on this Baxi boiler showing High reading on my gas analyser .I had to
strip it down and remove the burner as you can see its clogged up the burner .preventing airflow need for complete gas combustion .After a good clean and replacing flow temperature and safety thermostat .Put the gas analyser

Due to a gas leak inside a property the
customer did not want the flooring left up as they've just had new flooring installed. This meant we could not find the leak as the flooring needed to come up. We cut back the old pipe and cap off and then installed new gas pipes from the gas meter which is in the porch and drilled to the outside of the wall and ran the pipe work on the outside of the property then back into the kitchen and finally connected up to the boiler and gas hob. All safety checks carried out and tested
