Certain environments need certain aspects of flooring. On this occasion safety flooring was needed to ensure employees had a safe access route whilst in a busy workplace.

The system we installed allowed for this with clear yellow walkways, Zebra crossings and fire doorway hatchings.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is one for the portfolio - 1700m2 in Cheltenham which I can honestly say is one of the worst floors to date that we have had to tackle.

In a lot of places the floor had in excess of 10mm worth of failing screed. There were thousands of minor repairs ie bolt holes/impact damage to the concrete substrate.

We brought the big boys in for this and planed 10mm off the surface to get us back to a concrete base.

We also reinstated major repairs, installed a DPM primer and one heavy coat of our 100% high build epoxy resin.

We then filled over a thousand further repairs, sanded back and installed the final coat of our 100% high build epoxy resin to Complete.

We installed our premium three coat resin system which comprises of a DPM primer and two coats of our 100% high build resin following all demarcation line work.

Absolutely over the moon with finish and line work as crisp as ever 👌🏻

At Swift Flooring we always take pride in our work and do our utmost to achieve the best finish possible.

This floor had a lot of impact damage and many stress fractures.

After carrying out some heavy preparation works, installing an Oil tolerant primer and filling in as many repairs as possible we could then proceed to install two heavy coats of our 100% high build epoxy resin. We then completed the project with Black/Yellow demarcation lining. 🙌🏻
