Nestled in the heart of Sandford, Crediton, this award-winning development consists of 13 beautiful homes designed to blend seamlessly into the surrounding village while embracing sustainable living.
From the very beginning, our vision was clear: create homes with eco-features without compromising the character and charm of the local area. The result is a development that feels as though it has always belonged.
One of the things we’re most proud of is the strong sense of community that has grown here. We don’t just build house, we build communities, and it’s wonderful to see neighbours connecting, friendships forming, and residents truly enjoying the place they call home.
As part of our commitment to the local community, we also gifted an area of land to Sandford Parish Council, ensuring this space can be enjoyed by residents and the wider community for years to come.
