The gutters on this property had been fixed straight to the timber, which was letting water get in. We added some white PVCu board to the affected areas to seal and protect it. Fingers crossed that’s the issue sorted 🤞 ゚viralシfypシ゚

• Installed a brand new back door• Added an access door for the under-stairs space• Repaired a small hole• Replaced a couple of taps

Today = wall prep, repairs & stain blocking (thanks mould & residue 🙃)
