💡 Apprentice appreciation post 💡
A big shoutout to our apprentice electrician Casey who’s just a step away from being fully qualified! ⚡️ today is his final day on site before his final assessment,
The dedication, long days, the hard days , problem-solving, and constant drive to learn has been appreciated
Younger generation looking to work in the industry should follow the same methods Casey has.
It takes grit to get through the apprentice phase, studying while working, asking questions even when you’re tired, and pushing yourself to improve every day. And you’ve done it with commitment, professionalism, and a positive attitude and has never gave up in the hard times.
Casey has had 4 sick days in total in the last 4 years , that’s the difference , he has 99% always been on time and turns up presentable(and drenched in aftershave 😂)
He does like to lose tools that’s about the only downfall 🫠
