Nice to get back and complete this beautiful cladding job in Farlington. We had to peel off whist the bifold doors were installed. Couple of months and the new cladding will fade to match the older cladding.👌

What a mess this roof was. Customer calls and asked us to have a look at a leak into her daughter’s bedroom. Carried out a survey and saw a 0mm coverage on their plane tiles 🤢 Said the builders done it when they extended the house. They had also painted the split lead in the valleys 🤢 and secured the dormer joists to the feather edge boards on the pitched roof 🤮.

Full strip off down to joists, new breathable membrane, correct batten gauge and re-tile. New fibreglass valleys and mortar work.

Job ongoing, check in to see the finished product next week.
