It was a busy and very warm couple of weeks on this timber framed house.
Structural walls finished and strengthened with ply.
Ceiling quarters fitted and the roof structure built to finish it off.

Busy week this week on a nice project converting a bungalow into a two storey house.
1st floor to be timber frame construction.
This week was taking off the old roof, new posi joists went in to form the floor which was tricky working them around an existing ceiling that is staying and the external walls started to go up.

Another almost completed roof built in the rain. Just the fascia and soffit to go.Hopefully this rain stops soon
