🔨 Job Complete – Commercial Unit Refurb, Whitstable High Street 🔨
Really proud to share this one. We've just finished a full renovation on a commercial unit on Whitstable High Street, and it's now ready to let.
This was a challenging job on an old building. Following structural works to install a steel beam through the property, we were brought in to bring the unit back to a solid, basic standard ready for a new tenant to come in and fit out to their own spec.
The original ceilings were completely gone, so we installed a brand new double skim ceiling with fire boarding throughout, then taped, jointed and finished it to a clean, professional standard — getting the unit fully fire compliant in the process. We also replaced every failed joist in the flooring to make sure the structure was solid and safe from the ground up, then painted throughout to finish it off. Old buildings like this always throw up surprises however with good team effort we got this through in good time.
