So something happened today and I fully believe that the universe has a way of putting you where you need to be at the right moment.

We arrive at a regular and upon walking up the drive way the customer came racing out and asked us to go in. Sensing the urgency .... i dropped tools and race inside.

Someone was in a really bad way, picked said gentleman up, placed him in bed and rang an ambulance. A neighbour was around so asked them if they could stay until an ambulance arrived... which they did.

There is good humanity out there if you look hard enough.

Coincidences aren't always coincidence .... be good humans

Today we were joined by a new staff member, unfortunately we have had to let him go... after falling asleep on the job , doing little to no work ... and then!! URINATING in public we had to make the call.

Lack of funding, low priority, increased running costs... in the interest of being good humans giving back to the community is important. Putting a smile on someone's face, or a group of people really hits home the sense of appreciation and the power of random acts of kindness and the impact it has on lifting people.

Last week we spoke with the organiser of a community house - we work in the area and at it's centre is a community hub where local residents meet.

Lovely people deserve acts of kindness, so we are now covering their exterior cleaning needs free of charge ... sprinkle those acts of kindness, share a smile, do something each day that may have a positive impact on someone's life.

If you know any community based hub that may be in our area of coverage have them drop us a message and we may be able to help during these times of lacking in funding.

More first cleans. Customer feedback is welcomed at all times... even if it's a negative. Its how you grow! Luckily the only feedback we have recieved is exceptional which pushes us to do more.

We take our time on first cleans... it sets the stage for maintenance cleans. Putting the time in upfront may be costly in terms of time but it helps us help you!

Not a dog p**p in sight just lots of lovely gardens springing to life 😁. We hate the brown it gets tangled in pipes then the boy has to clean them ( the boy being me ) 😅.

Working outdoors is an absolute blessing, sucking in the fresh air and getting that vitamin D.

We have been topping up hanging baskets with the wet stuff at the request of disabled/elderly clients for an age ... Nice human things !

We were asked a question today "will our pure water system" harm plants ?

So in the interest of research we found an article .... not quite "Pure Water" which undergoes much greater processing before its ready to touch windows, including de ionisation - but non the less we haven't reported any harmful effects as a by product of using our water for good deeds.

The fact that all minerals and chemicals are removed from our water means quite simply that it won't "add" anything to your soil. It may however spring to life that which is already found in there.

Cautious Clients !

We were asked to start cleaning a few property's on a trial basis using "traditional" methods.

Absolutely lovely people but alarm bells were ringing as to why they seemed tentative.

Safe to say they are delighted with our service ... in fact over delighted at the results. But the reason for them being tentative is very clear.

Property 1 : damages from standing on slate roof and gutter clips broken causing leaks

Property 2 : damage to frames from poorly positioned ladders (as pictured)

Property 3 : damages to powder coated metal roof covering .... caused by clattering ladders.

Choosing the right window cleaner for your needs, and that not only cares about the results and your property is important, being professional and courteous is free.

We are fixing all of these damages totaling hundreds of £'s free of charge over the next few clean cycles just because !

We asked the customers why they didn't claim for the damages " they weren't insured and were very aggressive in their behaviour."

When choosing your window cleaner make sure to ask for references for the type of service you require ✅️

It may seem overkill but it could save you £££'s.
