Joined up with Bret Martin for this one. With all the bad weather we managed to get this one finished of. A nice single story extension all groundwork’s and block work up to plate height.

Another opening we have recently completed. Removed the old disused chimney Brest and fitted a new RSJ all to structural calculations, and signed of by building control. Brining lots of light and space into a disused room.

A honour being asked to take on this project. It didn’t come without its challenges being such an old building, keeping all of its old features and using all reclaimed materials. Myself the team and the client very happy with the outcome. Thanks to PAG Welding Ltd for the steels

A job we have recently finished .
Opening up the rear of the property to bring in the natural light.
Fitted a 4m rsj all to structural drawings.

A job we recently done fitting all windows with new L lintels and cavity trays. We also made a new opening to take some French doors. Finished of with some nice piers to take the new iron gates.

A garage conversion we have recently finished. Excavated to access original footing was adequate, than brickwork up to 1 meter and new window fitted . We then opened up the room by removing internal walls. 100mm celotex floor and screeded. New lights and sockets fitted. Plater boarded ceiling and skimed though out. All signed of by building control.

This was a challenging one for the team. The customer wanted to restore both chimneys back to there original state. They came down in the bombings in the war.

First of all we underpinned the back of the house and built a strip footing to take the two chimneys and for the conservatory.

Working on such an old building we carefully took the remaining chimney down trying to save as many old bricks as possible. All bricks where sourced and hand made in Germany a very good match.
Chimneys built with traditional lime and mortar, all 13 inch with a skin of concrete blocks.

Thanks to the team was a great all round effort.

Nice job done for PAG Welding Ltd. Chimney took down from top to bottom, then fitted back to back RSJ supplied by pag welding Paul Gatehouse perfect as usual. Nice big open space ready for an open plan kitchen dinner.
