As there was not much fence to work with, this was a much needed replacement!
A single slat boundary fence to give this property the affordable upgrade that it needed. The new fence will not only improve the property's exterior look but it also gives our customer some privacy!

As many of you will already know we are awaiting our babies arrival in December so this is a recent personal project done completely turning this room around with the main goal of insulating to retain the heat.

We ripped out and blocked up the fireplace, ripped out the cupboard, and custom built a shelving unit in place of it. We replaced the flooring and insulated both the underfloor and external walls, and all new skirtings, facings, window sills, a new PVC window, as well as a new internal door!

You can really see the difference compared to the before pictures; the room now looks bigger and brighter, and you can feel the difference in temperature too!
