Lovely composite door in chartwell green fitted today. Similar layout being half and half with fixed top glazed unit, new door has frosted glass panel with clear border rather than all clear saving the customer having to fit a net curtain inside for privacy. The grain pattern comes through lovely on these doors. Timber finish inside, colour match silicone outside, job done.😊 🫶

Cracking big fence finished at an aird bridge today, started as a small job and ended up all the way round the house 😅, lovely douglas fir locally milled by Callum Boyd ,switched it up with some different sized timbers and an alternating pattern......an eye catcher for sure, nobody wants a plain fence really do they 😉😉

Nice wee 8x6 shed finished today in the village, shiplap cladding, 3x2 frame and box profile sheeting. 1st one this year believe it or not, nice wee change for a couple days. 😀

On this week's episode of "Bathroom transformations" this stunning turnaround in a flat up the hill. Full strip out, new pipework, electrics, bath replaced with a nice walk in shower with fixed screen and flipper panel. Wall hung sink unit, matching toilet cistern unit. Different T&G wall panels look great, mixing the walnut panelling with the brushed copper style finished with matt black trims. Old pipeboxes removed, new bulkheads formed, all lines matching up,, new windows, walnut flooring, LED mirror, electric towel rail, matt white ceiling panelling, downlights and new door to match. Extra works running wastes to cupboard next door to allow for a utility space also. This is a cracker 🔥 Balla plumbing services and RAJ Electrical chipping in with this one 😉

Recently completed bungalow of 13 new TRIPLE glazed windows to replace a mix and match of old aluminum, rosewood upvc and timber units with fresh white in and out upvc. A few combination changes with layouts to suit the customers view. Lots of windows and doors being ordered up, we have a large range of window options from upvc, double or triple glazed, aluminium frames in ANY RAL colour you like, a huge range of external doors including upvc, composite and aluminum finish aswell as, sliding, bi fold and French doors. Professional installation, finish and attention to detail 👌

Something a wee bit different for new customers in Caol, they wanted rid of the existing recessed cupboard and a new hand built set up to suit. Walls refraimed ,squared up and sheeted. Right hand side is a double cupboard with hinged shaker style doors, left hand is a double cupboard with shaker style sliding doors. Both shelved inside and topped with solid oak worktops, 4 live edge floating shelves with recessed LED lighting, fitted swivel TV with bracket. All electrics hidden, dimmable lights, extra sockets fitted and redecorated. 😉 nice to do a whole job from scratch Keith Garrick (couldn't shift new recliner on new carpet for better pic of sliders 😬)

A nice wee bathroom alteration for an elderly lady struggling to get in and out of the bath. Changed to a walk in shower with non slip tray, wetwall with white trims to replace old tiles, shower switched to other side, herringbone LVT and new sink and pedestal. 2 day turnaround for this one 👌
Also a returning customer in an aird ordering a replacement set of sliding doors to allow smoother access,this is the 4th set of sliders in the Crescent, all at the end of their working condition. Also asked to supply and install new blinds and a couple of internal glazed doors. 😊

Its been a while. 🇺🇸 ⚽️ 😊
Recently completed Howdens kitchen for a returning customer. This one is stunning. Previously told by wren kitchens they couldn't have an island, I knew straight away it was doable. Full use of the space to have a stunning kitchen diner with all the mod cons, quooker tap, integrated hob/extractor, larder units, bin, Dekton worktops and matching splashback, lighting etc finished off with LVT herringbone flooring throughout the entire ground floor, counted 1036 boards 😅😅 no good for the back and knees i tell ya. Worth it though to see the end result.
Knocky plumbing and heating , RAJ Electrical and ASW construction (decorating) top job again 😉

Doors done right. Another couple of stunning composite doors fitted, the white door is a replacement carried out properly, previous installer fitted the pvc door inside the existing timber frame, the customer could barely get her shopping through the door as it was so narrow. We stripped it out, removed the original frame and made the opening and door as wide as possible allowing easier access and a bigger brighter entrance, look at the gaps between the door bell and drainpipe for an idea of difference in width 😬very happy customer. First white composite fitted too, love the grain and glass. Second door a new fir green on white composite door fitted to replace the original timber door with colour match silicone finishing it nicely. 👌🔥

Completed house of 7 windows in Claggan removed, replaced and all joinery work finished inside and out in 2 days 💪. Original timber casings were shot, nice rosewood on white double glazed units in their place. Timber surrounds inside. Also strapped and sheeted one of the bedroom walls, painter in behind us to seal and coat all the timbers and tape the plasterboard. Job completely finished in 5 days 🔥😉
