We were tasked with carrying out an electrical installation condition report (EICR) on a privately owned highway. This job involved working on lighting columns, lampposts and road signage and we needed to check the connections and carry out the necessary electrical work to keep the installation safe and operational.

Public and external electrical systems need proper inspection, fault finding, and maintenance to make sure they continue working reliably, especially after accidental damage from vehicles.
